World War 1 is drawing to a close, the fighting is coming to an end and Captain Thomas Burton and his men have been charged with searching the trenches of the enemy to help learn about those they had been fighting. An unexpected turn means Thomas has to help his friends as he tries to make sense of the mysteries they uncover.
