To celebrate this milestone, episode number three hundred, I share a snapshot of my story which I often refer to as my trilogy of tribulation that lead to my transformation.

I came to realize that not all my current listeners were listeners back in the beginning or have not gone to my website and scrolled back to my first episode when I originally shared my story. This seemed like a good time to do it again being six years in with this podcast.

This is about coming right up to death's door, overcoming challenges, battling myself, moving mountains and coming out on top.

I won't spoil it here in this write up. This episode is a bit longer than most of my episodes but I encourage you to listen to the whole thing. This is about knowing we all have our stories and our history and we all have the power to make a new choice, a different choice and begin again by not being a prisoner to our old story.

This is about knowing how powerful you are and that the power lies in your ability to make a choice in every moment.
