I’m here to unveil what it takes to create a strong pit crew that will help you get back up! 

Many of us are living in a defensive mode and only react and ask for help when we’re in the hole and need help. What if we chose to live in the offensive mode and choose help even when we’re not in the hole? I wonder what can be creative if more of us chose to live like this. 

Five years ago I got the Epstein-Barr Virus and was down for the count for three months. I was unable to work and function. I was completely on the defensive mode at this time. This virus taught me how to choose for me even when I’m feeling great!  

In this podcast I share with you who is currently on my pit crew. I see and speak to everyone in my pit crew at least once a month ( even when I’m feeling amazing ). These are the people who help “put me back together” when I’m in the hole just like a pit crew would during the Indy 500 when a race car is ready for maintenance.
