Arkansas Treasurer of State Dennis Milligan has been a champion for improving women’s financial education since his election in 2014. Providing women the opportunity to learn the necessary information to take control of their financial lives, Milligan’s commitment to this cause is reinforced with the Smart Women Smart Money virtual conference on September 24. With a goal to make financial education available to everyone, the conference is FREE for all attendees.

Along with Director of 529 Programs Fran Jansen, Milligan kicks off our Empowering Women Spotlight by sharing more about the conference and how the State Treasurer’s office promotes financial education for Arkansas women.
