Description
Death isn't quite forever.
There is more to Marjorie than the House of Nod, the bizarre cult she's grown up in, but they won't let her leave. It's 1940, she is sixteen, and she is determined to find a life of her own. When something goes terribly wrong, Marjorie realizes there is more to the world of ghosts than she ever could have imagined.

A single-narrator audio drama about a girl trying to become a person in a world that keeps trying to get her to give up. It's well written and makes me want to cheer Majorie on. The characters are all expressive and interesting despite the fact we're getting all the details from a single narrator.
I preferred McGillicuddy and Murder's Pawn Shop but this was well written and executed.
Only on episode 5 and can't wait to hear more! The writing is whimsical and gripping, and the premise is extremely interesting: a paranormal coming-of-age story, centering around a young cult member trying to preserve her spirit and, simply, get out. Looking forward to seeing (or hearing, hehe) how the story progresses.
