I had a chance to interview Josh Hildebrand the founder of Breath and Exposure STL.  Josh is an STL-based firefighter who is a Marine who went through two combat tours in Iraq. His life was very “go, go, go” after he got back until he discovered cold exposure in Austin - It changed his life so tremendously that he decided to start his own movement in the Midwest.
