that we have to juggle at all

and keep all the balls in the

You don't necessarily have the bandwidth to

the gas pedal is still getting stoned

I've been so fortunate. My husband. See

that a home like we have the ultimate

flexibility to be able to do the thing

I want to encourage people to do is

have to do in order to achieve balance.

but you just have a level of awareness

and consciousness around the choices you're making on

a day to day basis. Is this where

you are needed most right now? Is it

your business? Is it your babies? Is it

your life? What is it? And I think

that. When we raise our level of

consciousness we start feeling that like self

deprecating like I didn't get done when

I should have our i wasn't as

present as should have and you are

just more conscious and aware of like

this is where I put my energy

and time today and this was the

9:49

best place for it and so that's

what I would encourage because my story

is not going to be like yours.

Our stories are so. Unique, but.

The thing that the biggest thing for

me when it comes to balance is

really just an awareness unconsciousness, aware and

choosing to put my time and energy

we're feeling out of balance is usually

does that we're not really going into

where we're spending. that with the level

of consciousness doesn't make any sense. It.

feeling than going to bed after working hard

all day Whether it's in mom mode or

workloads and going to bed and being like

what did I even get done? that is

like I was running around with the chicken and

it's head cut off and I still can't even

tell you what I did. And so it's like

when you have that level of awareness you like.

Okay this is what matter today and this is

what I did today. And like rest easy, you

earn that go to bad. Mood.

I was. honestly this takes

me it makes me want

said just kind of time.

we have such incredible boundaries and I

think that when you think about balance

we have a really strict rules around

how we communicate the time that we

communicate how we approach. Each other, the

conversations and so even this morning when I

got online I had messages the like how

are the kids as everyone feeling better after

like here's what you gotta do today or

here's what I need from you. It was

like human first, worst second ass and I

think that that a favour powerful in every

communication And it's so funny because I learned

so much of this from my right hand

ownership around what they do and how

have gotten into a place where like
