So It took me helluva long time to make that first step, and man was it definitely the hardest. After running out of excuses and running short on time I FINALLY did IT!!!!!
Today's episode is all about my admission and intake day at a local Mental Health & Substance Abuse Facility. This was the first day in my 7 day partial care program and hopefully the first day of living a better life. Nothing is easy.
