This was an Healing & Recovery session  in which we discussed  - How to connect to the change that we desire by connecting to the feeling of that change. - How to listen to the body as one of the main communicators of what we are believing and what we are manifesting/producing/creating.   - The role Ego plays in what we feel and the lives we live. -  Letting go of expectations and attachment.  - The nature of offenses and how we can better handle them.  - What is the point of contact to who you really are.
