Baptice shares what his life has been like being a Jamaican-Canadian male and growing up as a minority. Baptice shares how he is raising his three kids in the world we live in today, as well as how he is mentoring 20+ young boys of different races at a local school. He also shared ways we can learn and grow to implement positive change in our world surrounding the topic of racism.
