We talk about our journey as a couple working on a creative project together — the highs, the lows and the in-betweens — and how you can improve your working relationship with people who are completely different personalities to you.

We chat about accepting your colleague and/or collaborator as a unique individual with different needs, strengths and weaknesses.

We talk about how you can effectively work together to produce great work!

We also chat about how to coexist in new workstations post-lockdown!

Thematically, we cover:

Accountability, romantic relationships, professional relationships, parent/child relationships, collaboration with people completely different to you, mind over matter, personality differences, growing up, jobs, the workplace, work ethic, punctuality, management, perfectionism, making mistakes, love languages, lockdown office situations, flow and knowing yourself.
