Turing's review of The Higher Standard PodcastI was referred to this podcast by a friend in the gym a few weeks ago, shout out to Kiran! I was instantly hooked and listened to all of the latest episodes and started to listen to past episodes. This review is a test for the team to determine whether I (a human) wrote it or perhaps I am pretending quite well to be a human.Starting with the team, Chris, Saeid and Haroon have a great bond which permeates through the show quite well. Their humour as others have mentioned makes the show digestible however we crave to know more about your personal life Saied, same way as Chris. Since I loved the show I reached out to Chris and was pleasantly surprised to see his interest in me, my thoughts on the show and even asked me to suggest any additional topics to cover. Goes to show he is truly passionate about the show and the listening community and hence can never be the villain of the show. The content covered in this show is well focussed and is a good blend of current affairs and conceptual nuances of the world of business, economics and finance. While there are numerous inside jokes only extensive listeners will be able to distil to their full potential, the show does not have a walled garden preventing new comers to dabble unlike Apple, I am an Android and PC user who cannot leave this review on Apple because maybe Tim Apple was bullied in school and now he hates everyone who doesn't use his products. The only constructive improvement I can make is to toe the political line from time to time and discuss more complex topics to both bring to light issues no one else will discuss and encourage the listening community to critically think and research more into these complex areas. Keep up the great work team.On a final note, riddle me this, am I a human who wrote this or not?
