We interviewed past client, Wendi Stark, who is self-employed and successfully purchased a home with us in 2023. This experience was not without some planning and setbacks along the way, but Wendi picked the right team and we guided her through tax filings, IRS payments, "murder sheds" and so much more!

Vicki and Wendi discuss how they worked together to make sure Wendi's taxes showed correct and sufficient income and that she had her ducks in a row before she shopped. While Beth and Wendi share the details about shopping for a fixer upper in this market, and how important it is to get property information ahead of time so you know the age of the major systems, and are aware of any potential pitfalls before you make an offer.
