On our second episode we take a look back on the life and career of HHT Co-Founder and COO, Brady “Cornelius” Coughlin. We’ll take a look at how growing up and playing sports in Phoenix, AZ prepared him for a 6 year Infantry career. Brady gives us personal insight into the steep learning curve of leaving home for the first time, while adapting to the military lifestyle- a reality check for many young soldiers.
We discuss the challenges and obstacles he had to overcome starting his career at Camp Casey, South Korea (where our Founders paths first crossed). Then moving to B Co, 1-502 IN, 2BCT, 101st ABN DIV. at Ft. Campbell and his deployment to Logar Province, Afghanistan in support of Special Operations Task Force SE.
We will finish this episode with his short time at Ft. Carson, which would be his final duty station. Let’s explore his transition from young soldier to young leader and developing into a leader of men.
