Today's video, "It's not their job to understand me, it's mine," is something we all need reminding of sometimes.

This one is like a heart-to-heart chat between us. I hope it comes across that way because that's always my only intention, to talk to you as if we were friends.

We've all been there, right? Seeking that feeling of being understood, of feeling heard and seen. It's a basic human need.

We've all faced those moments when we're not feeling understood in our relationships, friendships, or even within our own families, and not sure what to do about it.

In this video I'm talking WITH you about the importance of validating yourself, recognizing that your feelings are inherently valid, whether they get it or not.

We're also discussing the cons of relying solely on external validation from other people, and the pros that come from standing strong in your self-worth and your identity.

Think of this as a chill chat with your bestie. :)

Sooooooooo, if you've ever felt like this, or are currently feeling this way, this video is your safe space, from me to you!
