Welcome to "The Indigo Diaries." Join host Natasha Hickling back in the first series: "The World Through Your Eyes.."   

This week Natasha is back yet again with a guest with a twist as the guest in fact is herself, and the host for this week is her partner Ben. Like the first-ever episode, she is back to discuss a new turn of events.   

Natasha, 30, from the UK, lives in York with her partner Ben and three furr babies after the last six years of traveling and living abroad. Her neurodivergent journey started with being diagnosed with OCD, anxiety at age 16, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia at 21, ADHD at age 27, and now four years later, a final diagnosis of Autism. She is currently an ADHD Life coach in the UK for young adults and teens in her business Indigo Hub.   

 In this episode, Natasha will dive deep into her recent Autism diagnosis and not long Autism life. She will share her experience of the diagnostic process, what led to this, the differences between this and her ADHD, and what’s on the cards moving forward. It’s the final (well, hopefully) piece to her neurodivergent journey.
