Welcome to "The Indigo Diaries." Join host Natasha Hickling inthe third, long-lasting series: "The World Through an Our Eyes.." whereshe is will be joined once again by fellow ADHD Coach and professional organiser  Sarah Bickers in a “Open Mind” Episode.

Sarah is a professional organiser and coach who now specialises in working with the ADHD community. She is currently living in Norway with her husband (after being a South-East Londoner for over30 years!)

Sarah discovered she had ADHD in 2020 – but only after two of her three children were diagnosed, and several years after setting up her professional organising business. Organising her home and life was a way for Sarah to start to create order out of the chaos in her head. 

Now Sarah has made peace with her ADHD brain and describes herself as a recovering perfectionist. She works mostly online with clients, wherever they are on their ADHD journey. She works collaboratively with clients to find more more realistic and maintainable ADHD-friendly solutions to organise their homes and lives.

In this episode, Sarah is back to discuss practical ways and ideas of how we can take apart the process of decluttering and make it less overwhelming. The discussion includes practical techniques, questions, and methods that you can try right away. There is no need to be cluttered anymore, there is a place to start!
