This weeks guest is Lea Colla who joins us from Paris, France. Lea is currently a Senior Le Syndicat in Paris. Le Syndicat has been voted as one of the 50 best bars in the world.

Lea started her barmaid career in Sweden at @pharmarium. Initially, Lea's plan was to only work in a bar for a few months. Lea realized that working behind the bar was her passion and decided to make this her career move full time. Eventually, Lea moved back to France to explore even more of this sector and learn about French methods.

Lea quickly developed the skills and knowledge to advance her career due to her passion for the Industry and the time she invested in to the craft of cocktailing. Lea has also had amazing mentors who she has had the pleasure of meeting along her journey who have helped her immensely.

Lea has entered various cocktail competitions and last year she won the Best Serving Ritual prize at the Hennessy Challenge.
