Hello. Hello. Hello. And welcome

0:02

back to another episode of

0:04

The Influencer podcast. Today,

0:06

we are talking about habits.

0:09

And specifically new habits that

0:11

I have developed

0:14

or maybe even more importantly cultivated

0:19

that have made me more money.

0:22

And so we are really going to be

0:24

diving into how

0:26

to create this. Really these habits,

0:29

these behaviors, these things that you need,

0:31

how to create what it is that you are seeking.

0:34

And it's going to be a

0:36

good one. And I'm actually going to be

0:38

laying out some of this ideas the

0:41

ideas that I have for this in upcoming episodes,

0:43

but really laying the groundwork in the foundation

0:45

of this today. So if you are ready

0:47

to make more money, if you are

0:50

tired of maybe kind of beating

0:52

your head against while wondering, like, why

0:54

can't I figure this out? I feel a

0:56

block, I feel a shift. If you're ready

0:58

to create new habits and wanna figure out how to

1:00

do that in a way in which they stick, then

1:03

this episode is for you. Let's

1:06

dive in.

1:08

Welcome to the Influencer Podcast. I'm

1:10

your host, Julie Solomon. If

1:12

you found your self here, it means you are

1:14

ready to unleash the powerful visionary

1:16

that lives inside you. Turning you

1:18

into an authentic leader who creates

1:21

influence impact and

1:23

change. Let's get started.

1:29

So wanna start off with saying that

1:31

I think that we already know or

1:34

everyone listening knows this, I think,

1:36

that there's always going to be a difference

1:38

between what you know and what

1:41

you do with what you know. And

1:43

we all need to find our own definition of

1:46

success. And to understand that

1:49

there are impressions of

1:51

what success is supposed to look like,

1:53

is supposed to be, which is all

1:55

very ego driven. But

1:58

most people never stop to look at,

2:00

well, What does success

2:03

really mean for me?

2:05

Really? And how will I know

2:08

when I'm at that version of success?

2:10

And it doesn't need to be, you know,

2:13

the house or the fancy car, the certain amount of

2:15

money in the bank account. It's whatever you want it to

2:17

be. But I think for a long

2:19

time, I grew up with

2:22

this imaginary microphone

2:24

constantly you know,

2:26

in my hand, so to speak. And

2:29

my motto was just, I wanna get

2:31

paid to communicate and connect. I mean,

2:33

ever since I was a little girl and all the way

2:35

up into college into my twenties. It's

2:37

why I majored in communications and journalism

2:39

and PR. That was my thing. And

2:41

if I was, you know, communicating

2:44

and connecting with people, and if I was getting

2:46

paid enough where I could live,

2:48

to do that with and

2:51

and to enjoy what I was doing, that was

2:53

a success for me. That was it.

2:56

Now that all of that has evolved

2:58

and grown, of course, there

3:00

became a point in time when working

3:04

on PR or working

3:06

with a PR client, they would come back and say

3:08

to me. You know, Julie, thanks to you, I just landed

3:10

my first mid media interview. And

3:13

although that was great to hear that from a client,

3:15

I realized that that wasn't all

3:17

I was meant for was

3:20

just to help somebody get media.

3:22

And that sent me on a journey of

3:25

greater greater

3:27

communication, and really how I could

3:29

create greater visibility, not just

3:31

for my clients, but for myself. And

3:34

this was like way back in two thousand and

3:36

nine fourteen years ago that I started

3:38

feeling this itch. And

3:40

so I think that that is always the

3:42

first key. Is to really get

3:44

clear on what is your definition of success.

3:47

Because if we don't have the answer for that,

3:49

we're not gonna be able to develop

3:51

the habits, the behaviors, the

3:55

thoughts, the belief systems that

3:57

are needed to actually succeed. And

4:00

so that was the biggest shift for me. And

4:02

it's been a lot of iterations to

4:04

this. So I do want to preface that

4:06

by saying that as you evolve and grow, you're

4:08

gonna probably have iterations of

4:10

what success means to you. And that's

4:13

why, you know, fourteen years ago, I

4:15

started feeling that itch to

4:18

explore that. And then once I

4:20

explored that and I figured out there were something more

4:22

than obviously there were some new habits that needed

4:24

to be made in order to reflect the

4:26

version of me that I wanted to become.

4:28

Now for me, you may be thinking, okay,

4:31

well, Julie, what had to change? Well,

4:34

the first several years of my journey

4:37

I was operating from an illusion. And

4:40

the illusion was that I had to

4:42

add on. I had to improve

4:45

and enhance myself in some way

4:47

in order to get what I

4:49

want, in order to make more money, in order to

4:51

be better. And that

4:53

was the belief. And this

4:55

is what so many people are always doing.

4:57

I hear it all the time. People say, Julie,

4:59

I wanna show up and I wanna do it better in

5:01

twenty twenty three. And that seems like

5:03

such a harmless positive thing.

5:06

But the problem in phrases, in just

5:08

even thoughts like that, is that

5:10

it presupposes that they're something

5:13

not good enough about you right now.

5:15

And that's what I was doing. I

5:17

was telling myself that I needed to add a bunch of

5:19

stuff that wasn't there, I've gotta

5:21

learn these new skills. I've gotta get smarter here.

5:23

I've gotta learn ways to work faster and work harder

5:25

and work longer. And all of it was coming

5:27

from this place of. So

5:30

I can finally be worthy, deserving,

5:32

or good enough to receive everything

5:35

that I wanted. And I spent a

5:37

while in that mindset which ironically,

5:40

I think they're absolutely

5:42

correlated. It is not a coincidence

5:44

whatsoever. That those

5:46

years of my business, and

5:48

this was, you know, seven years

5:51

ago, six years ago, they

5:53

were really rough. They

5:55

were really hard. They were really

5:57

grindy. And it was from

5:59

that those habits, from that

6:01

mindset. That said I wasn't enough

6:03

and then the habits that were created

6:05

around that that I didn't actually get

6:07

the real results that I wanted until

6:10

that shifted. And what

6:12

shifted for me from that moment

6:14

forward and really how I operate

6:16

today is this

6:18

thing about mindset,

6:20

habits, belief, personal growth,

6:23

evolution, getting to the next level. Right?

6:25

You always hear people saying, I

6:27

wanna take my business or I wanna take my life to the

6:29

next level, but how to get there is actually

6:32

the opposite. That

6:35

was a habit that I had a new

6:37

habit that I had to create. I went from

6:39

always looking to add on

6:42

to enhancing trying

6:44

to enhance me to actually

6:47

subtracting things, taking

6:49

away or more accurately letting

6:51

go of the things that weren't serving

6:54

me. And my life became

6:56

about the shedding of

6:58

the things that just were weighing me down.

7:01

That were heavy. Letting

7:03

go of things that didn't make

7:05

sense for me to work on. Certain clients

7:08

certain offers, the workload, social

7:11

aspects going out,

7:13

spending money on things that didn't matter, friends.

7:16

Shopping. Does

7:18

anything that wasn't truly getting me

7:20

there? It had to go. And

7:23

what I'm talking about here is

7:26

It's intangible, but

7:28

hopefully it's not too intangible because

7:31

it's it's the resistance the

7:34

thoughts, the beliefs, the doubts, the worries,

7:36

the fears that I was taking with me

7:38

everywhere I

7:38

went. It was actually creating

7:41

resistance. And if we

7:43

can create I

7:45

wanna, like, just create a visual

7:47

for you right now. It's, like, setting out to

7:49

climb a mountain. Right? That's

7:51

your goal. You wanna you wanna get to the top

7:53

of Mount Everest. But before you set out to climb

7:55

this mountain, you put this backpack on

7:57

your back and you fill it full of

7:59

rocks. And these rocks

8:01

are your habits and your beliefs.

8:04

You know, like, What if

8:06

they find out I'm a fraud? That's a rock.

8:08

What if I don't actually have what it takes?

8:10

That's a rock. I'm gonna eat to numb the

8:12

pain. That's a rock. What if they don't love

8:14

me? That's a rock. I'm gonna spend a bunch

8:16

of money on these courses but never actually take

8:18

them. That's a rock. What if I look like an

8:20

idiot? What if I make a mistake? What if I

8:22

waste time? What if I let down my family? What if

8:24

what if what if what if. And we take

8:26

these heavy rocks with us on this journey

8:29

thinking that holding on to these doubts

8:31

and these fears and resistance that

8:33

then creates these habits that don't get

8:35

us what I what what we want is

8:37

somehow

8:38

going to get us there faster.

8:41

And for me, it was the thing that

8:43

was holding me down and the reason

8:45

I was so frustrated. The reason

8:47

I was making it so much

8:48

harder, the reason I would spend the money

8:50

just as quick as I would make it, it was

8:52

all from frustration.

8:55

I was afraid of the judgment. I was afraid of the

8:57

ridicule. I was afraid of what people would

8:59

think. And how they would see me, if they would

9:01

attack me, and just some

9:03

crazy, like, thought

9:05

process. And so the

9:07

fear feels so real when you're

9:09

in that moment when you have this habit

9:11

of the

9:11

sphere. It's like you actually feel like your

9:13

life is in danger. You feel it physically.

9:15

And so the journey

9:17

began for me where I really noticed how much

9:19

I was trying trying too

9:22

hard. Like, all of my marketing efforts, my post,

9:24

my social media, my email. Everything I was

9:26

doing was coming from this place

9:28

of scarce

9:30

and of lack and of I

9:32

need you to pick me. Please

9:35

pick me because

9:38

that would validate me on some

9:40

level. And Nobody

9:42

wants that. Like,

9:45

have you ever, you know,

9:47

dated someone who was just like,

9:50

always too available and you're just like,

9:52

oh, no. And the

9:54

ironic saying, is

9:56

that really that's probably one of the biggest things

9:59

in marketing. Like, we think that more is

10:00

more, but it's not.

10:02

So anybody who's setting out to make an

10:04

impact online rather whether

10:06

you're a coach or you're a creative or a thought leader

10:08

or influence or a brand or whatever, you don't

10:11

influence by being vanilla.

10:13

You don't influence by

10:15

being the thing that everybody already knows and that

10:18

everybody already agrees with. You

10:20

must on some level be willing to rock

10:23

the boat, be the contrarian to go

10:25

against the grain to zig why others are zagging

10:27

because if you don't stand up for

10:28

something, how the head do you expect to stand

10:30

out? If you can't

10:32

be a leader for something, how do you expect anyone

10:34

to follow you? And that

10:36

goes back to this thing know, of

10:38

most people, they're looking for the right

10:40

strategy. Right? Like, Julie, give me

10:42

the right seven tips. Like,

10:45

give me the right system, the right tool, the

10:47

right

10:47

software. The right platform. But

10:50

they never consider whether they're

10:52

showing up as a follower themselves

10:54

are choosing to step in the role of

10:57

being a leader and that's a habit

10:59

that you have to create. You have to

11:01

habitually create

11:03

that role of leadership for yourself and

11:05

starts stepping into

11:06

that. It doesn't matter what strategy

11:09

you follow. If you're

11:11

not being the leader and acting like the

11:13

leader, you won't get the following because

11:15

no one follows followers.

11:18

No one follows vanilla.

11:20

No one follows what everyone

11:22

already agrees with. They

11:25

follow leaders. They're

11:28

hungry. Your people are hungry

11:30

for a new

11:30

perspective, a new idea, the thing that can

11:32

change everything. But at first

11:34

most people might might even get upset

11:36

by it. I mean,

11:38

there's a lot of things that I say, you

11:40

know, that I talk about, hard

11:43

work, dedication, resilience,

11:46

never giving up, and also manifestation,

11:49

and abundance and attracting what it

11:51

is that you want both ends of the coin that are

11:53

not necessarily the

11:55

essential ingredient for success.

11:57

And anybody who's telling

11:59

you that you have to hustle

12:02

until your face falls off in order to be

12:04

successful or that all you

12:06

have to do is just manifest what you

12:08

want and affirm it and get

12:10

into the vibes and

12:12

energy of what you want and

12:15

that's the key to success they're lying to

12:18

you.

12:18

And this may be

12:21

even something that is like different

12:23

form of thinking. But how many people do

12:25

we know that you can just think of

12:27

right now? A friend, maybe yourself,

12:30

listening, to this

12:32

right now, you're either hustling

12:34

or maybe you know someone that is

12:36

addicted to adderall, minding and grinding

12:38

and always looking for the fix, working

12:40

longer, working harder, working faster than most

12:42

people, or they're

12:44

on the other end of the spectrum. They're just soaking

12:47

in every book, every podcast, every

12:49

Abraham Hicks, masterclass,

12:52

every YouTube video. Of

12:55

people selling them the vibes and

12:57

the frequency and the energy all day

13:00

long.

13:01

But because their habits aren't

13:04

changing, none of it is working.

13:06

And we

13:08

all know people that are

13:10

working hard and long

13:12

and hustling, or we all know people that are

13:14

going all in on the energetics

13:16

and

13:16

manifestation. And have nothing

13:18

to show for it. So

13:21

that can't be the thing. In

13:25

side note, this is just my, you

13:27

know, contrarian zig when

13:29

everyone else is sagging point of view.

13:32

It could, you know, it could maybe

13:35

create a lot of controversy. I don't know. I think a

13:37

lot of people want to push back when

13:39

I say this because they don't wanna hear the

13:41

truth of the matter. And I'm just like, I don't

13:43

care. Like, I want you to be

13:45

successful. I want you to change your beliefs

13:47

and habits so you actually get what you

13:49

want. This is what I stand

13:51

Like, as a leader,

13:54

that's what I stand for. And

13:56

if you are operating from

13:59

hustle, are operating from manifesting

14:01

alone. You don't

14:03

even realize yet how small you're choosing

14:05

to see yourself. Because

14:07

what you're saying is that

14:10

your unique value gift, zone

14:12

of genius, your unique thing that you

14:14

and only you alone can offer

14:16

who you are, who you really

14:17

are, is either just your

14:19

work work ethic, or

14:22

it's just you affirming it

14:24

into existence. And

14:27

it's not enough to just hustle and work

14:29

hard or just be in the vibes

14:31

and attract. I'm actually getting

14:33

so tired and so bored

14:35

with people always talking about

14:37

being in the vibe of something because

14:40

I think honestly that idea has gotten completely

14:42

hijacked by people over

14:44

the last several years who, you

14:46

know, it's become like the sales

14:48

strategy and this messaging to

14:50

manipulate people into buying

14:52

some thing that they have. You

14:54

know, of course, a mastermind whatever.

14:56

You know, where it's like,

14:58

well, all you have to do is think new thoughts and get

15:00

in my vibes and you're gonna make a million

15:02

dollars. It's just a load of crap.

15:04

If it were that

15:06

simple, we'd all be billionaires.

15:09

Now, yes, the

15:12

idea of attraction, of

15:14

manifestation. Obviously, I

15:16

believe is a massive

15:18

piece to it. Just as hard

15:20

work and dedication, is a

15:22

massive piece to it, but that's not where it

15:24

begins or ends. It

15:27

begins with your habits. Because

15:30

the world doesn't give you what you want or

15:32

what you wish or what you see.

15:35

The world gives you who

15:37

you are. It's

15:42

not about the law of attraction or the law

15:44

of hard work to make money. That's

15:46

not enough. It's also about the

15:48

law of resonance. And

15:51

this is it. This this what I'm

15:53

about to say is the golden ticket if

15:55

you want to be success if you want to

15:57

make more money this year. If you

15:59

want to change your life, then

16:01

deep inside of you. You

16:03

need to believe and

16:05

you need to act and you

16:07

need to cultivate the habits

16:10

of the version of you that wants to come

16:12

alive and be successful. The

16:15

habits of the version of you that wants

16:17

to expand impact make

16:19

millions create something powerful. And

16:22

only you can make that happen. And

16:25

how you do that or how I did

16:27

it, my trick was

16:30

to learn how to day

16:32

by day improve the

16:34

quality of my beliefs. And

16:36

when I did that, what I started to see

16:39

is that my life started

16:41

to span in accordance with

16:43

those habits and beliefs, and then

16:45

the results came from

16:47

the action taken by those

16:49

habits and beliefs. You

16:53

know, let's say that you believe that you have to

16:55

figure something out before your dreams can come true,

16:57

well then guess what happens. Your entire

16:59

dreams are contingent on

17:01

you figuring out this thing

17:03

before you ever even allow yourself to create.

17:08

Now, just imagine that you believe that you

17:10

didn't have to have. It all figured out

17:12

before your dreams came true. You didn't have to have the

17:14

confidence, you didn't have to have the clarity all

17:16

you had to do was take the next

17:18

indicated action.

17:19

And if you didn't know what that

17:22

was, you just pick something. Well

17:24

then guess what?

17:28

More is revealed to you and your dreams

17:30

actually start to become a

17:32

reality because you decided to take

17:34

action. And again,

17:37

my my habits today It's

17:39

really about the less I quote unquote

17:42

work and the more I create

17:44

better habits. The

17:46

more that I am so intentional with

17:48

how I set up my day. And

17:50

I'm going to do I think I'm gonna do an episode

17:52

in the future about what my what

17:55

my work like and what these

17:57

habits actually are detailed because I think

17:59

this could be helpful. But when

18:01

I am in daily, mindful

18:04

resonance, of those

18:06

habits. The more I take

18:08

very intentional and focused action

18:10

toward the life I want, the

18:12

more money I've been able to make, the more I've been

18:14

able to grow, the more I've been able to

18:16

reach more people. Now

18:19

I know I'm kind of going off in a tangent

18:21

because that's what I do when I get really passionate about

18:24

something and I know that you all are used to that by

18:26

now. So But

18:28

to get really specific, and

18:31

please, like, tap into what I'm about to

18:33

say because this was a

18:35

belief in habit shift that changed a lot

18:37

for me. I

18:39

realized how much I was showing up in my

18:42

business, and really

18:43

the way I was showing up in my business was

18:45

really to protect myself. And mostly because

18:47

I was so afraid to trust what

18:49

was just literally in front of

18:52

me. I was too focused on

18:54

controlling everything instead

18:56

of just intentionally acting upon what

18:58

was in front of me at that moment.

19:00

And because of that,

19:02

I was Vanilla. I was playing safe,

19:04

I was playing

19:05

small, and the moment that I let that go,

19:07

I was free. I

19:10

was free to say, what I truly

19:12

wanted to say, to work with who I wanted to

19:14

work with, to work the way in which I wanted

19:16

to work

19:16

with. I was free to do what I really

19:19

wanted to do, and all of

19:21

a sudden, It's like it

19:23

flowed. It was easier.

19:26

I was reaching more

19:27

people. I was being more assertive

19:29

and straightforward in my messaging and in my

19:31

marketing and it just

19:34

set the stage for more. I

19:36

had a client Just the other day in my

19:38

Luxe mastermind asked me, she was like,

19:40

Julie, how did you go from six

19:42

figures to seven figures in less than

19:44

nine months? Because that's what

19:46

happened to me in back in

19:48

twenty seventeen, twenty eighteen.

19:50

I joined the mastermind and I went from two hundred

19:52

and fifty thousand dollars one point three

19:54

million in less than a year. And

19:56

so she was like, how like, what was it? What

19:58

was the launch strategy? What was your sale?

20:00

Like, what did you say on the sales copy?

20:02

What was, you know, what was the

20:05

thing? What was the offer? And I was like, it

20:07

wasn't any of that. It

20:10

was how I changed the way I

20:12

was showing up. And when I showed

20:14

up, I changed my

20:16

habits. And when I did that,

20:18

My sales copy and my

20:20

launching and all of those other things also

20:22

showed up differently because it

20:25

was coming from a new

20:27

person at that time. I was

20:29

literally changing who I

20:31

was. I was becoming a

20:33

better, higher version

20:35

of myself. And so

20:37

all everything that I touched naturally

20:39

changed to reflect the new way that I

20:41

was showing up and the new way that I was

20:44

approaching everything. So in the context of your business, when

20:46

you realize that your business is a

20:48

reflection of who you are

20:50

right now, And

20:52

think about that for a minute. Your

20:54

business, your brand, two day,

20:57

is a direct reflection of who

20:59

you are right now. You

21:02

as an entrepreneur, you as a

21:04

woman, you as a man, a

21:06

mom, a dad, a

21:08

daughter, you as how

21:10

you show up in that business.

21:14

So ask yourself, Did

21:16

the habits of who you

21:18

are right now reflect the

21:20

leader that you say you wanna be? Are

21:22

you all in with who you are right now?

21:24

Are you working from that higher version? Are

21:27

you excited and expanded and lit up by

21:29

it? Would you want

21:31

to buy and invest and work with you

21:33

right now? The the

21:35

clients that you're wanting to call in?

21:37

If not, how do you expect

21:39

to reach those people? Step

21:42

one, get a message that

21:45

influences others. You gotta

21:47

level that up. When

21:49

you're more concerned about what people think

21:51

of you and more concerned

21:53

of spending or wasting money instead of

21:55

using it as an investment towards your

21:58

growth, hoping that you don't make a mistake, hoping that you

22:00

look good, hoping, you know, like, how many

22:02

times you notice yourself before you press submit or

22:04

post send on an email or an Instagram post?

22:07

Like, oh my gosh, I hope they agree with this. I hope

22:10

they said I was right. I hope they like

22:12

it. If that's

22:15

what you're habit is, why is that your number one

22:17

priority? Why is that more important

22:19

than I hope this changes one

22:21

person's life? I hope this makes a difference for

22:23

someone today. I hope that I learned

22:25

something from this. I hope this

22:27

wakes one person up to my perspective

22:29

to something that I know can help

22:31

somebody. I have

22:32

an incredible way that you and I can

22:34

work together this year, and it's called the

22:37

Visibility Experience. This is a

22:39

high level experience for those who are ready

22:41

for global reach and impact. It's

22:43

perfect for you if you're ready to get unapologetic

22:46

about owning what you actually

22:48

want and getting it when

22:50

it comes to visibility and authority.

22:53

As part of this experience, I will give you

22:55

direct access to my extensive network,

22:57

which includes book agents, speaking

22:59

agents, publishers, publishing houses,

23:01

brands, and media contacts so that

23:03

you can build relationships and

23:05

pursue the opportunities that align with

23:07

your next level vision. It

23:09

is perfect for you if you're ready to get

23:11

paid to speak on big stages, publish

23:13

best selling books, and attract

23:15

national podcasts and media for your work.

23:17

This is really about getting

23:20

as many of us into

23:22

an intimate and high level space

23:24

and environment with some incredible

23:26

people to expand to

23:28

your next levels of thought leadership.

23:30

Applications are now open. You can click the

23:32

link in the show notes.

23:34

And even if you're just curious, I encourage you

23:36

to apply. This is

23:39

the very thing that is going to help

23:41

you reach that next level

23:43

of expansion visibility, and

23:45

most importantly, global

23:47

impact, so you can start changing the

23:49

lives that you are meant

23:51

to change. Why would

23:53

our habits be more concerned

23:56

about people's thoughts perspectives and

23:58

opinions which is also very

23:59

selfish, instead of really

24:02

focusing on what's most important. And

24:04

again,

24:04

I get it. It's our survival

24:08

mechanism.

24:08

But what we

24:11

really need to be focusing on in the habits that we

24:13

need to be cultivating is how can I make the

24:15

world a better place? In

24:17

the way that we can with

24:19

the responsibility that we have of

24:22

having any platform at all. Even if

24:24

it's a platform of fifty people, those

24:26

are fifty living, breathing, human beings that you can

24:28

touch, and that you can inspire, and that you can

24:30

shift in some capacity. But

24:32

I know that most of you now, because

24:35

like, I I know who you are because you reach out to me or in my community. I

24:37

see most of you don't just

24:39

have fifty people following you at

24:41

this point. So

24:44

stop

24:44

caring so much about what other people

24:47

think. Stop caring about their

24:52

opinions and instead start caring about

24:54

your own habits and how you're showing

24:56

up. Stop being so

24:58

terrified to invest in yourself. You

25:00

know, I think back to the

25:02

time when I was so afraid to invest in

25:04

coaching because I thought, well, you

25:07

know, what if I invest in this and no one buys

25:09

my offer? Well,

25:11

Julie, with that mindset, of course, no one's

25:13

gonna buy your offer. When you

25:15

won't even buy an offer.

25:17

So it had to start

25:19

with me. When I started

25:22

investing in coaching, That's

25:24

when people started buying my offers.

25:26

But before then, no,

25:29

not really. So

25:31

I had to rock my own boat.

25:33

I had to change my own habits. I

25:35

I couldn't care what other complete

25:38

strangers out there on the Internet thought of me

25:40

anymore and that allowed me to

25:42

start showing up more fully. And

25:45

you have to be intentional with your

25:47

focus, with your actions, ask

25:49

yourself. What is the next opportunity

25:51

for you? Today. What do

25:53

you have available to you right now

25:55

that you can take action upon right now

25:57

to get you closer to where you wanna go? Everyone

26:01

knows that successful people

26:03

are constantly looking for that. Okay?

26:06

Where's the next opportunity? What's

26:08

the next thing? How can I

26:10

grow? I mean,

26:12

these changes have always been happening since

26:14

the beginning of these platforms. Right? Like, the

26:16

changes with the algorithm, the changes with the

26:19

marketplace, the

26:21

changes in you know, customer desire

26:23

and what they want and how we market on social

26:25

media, changes in customer

26:28

customer needs. And and what they

26:30

need to understand and feel before they make a buying

26:31

decision. All that stuff, it never goes away and

26:34

yet more and more people have

26:36

continued to start online businesses

26:38

and grow those online businesses

26:40

than ever before you.

26:42

And I can't tell you

26:45

I mean, I've been I've been actively in this space

26:48

in, you know, I would say, what what we now call the

26:50

online coaching space since twenty sixteen. And I

26:52

can't tell you how many new

26:54

people just in the last twenty four months

26:56

have come out of the

26:57

gate.

27:01

So here's the truth. It's

27:04

about staying power. If

27:06

you can deal with the change,

27:08

you will continue to thrive.

27:10

If you can't, your

27:14

inability, your habit to

27:17

not be able to deal with the change will be

27:19

your downfall. Because we have to be

27:21

flexible enough and open enough and curious

27:23

enough to be able to see the

27:25

new and next opportunity.

27:27

In fact, what really

27:30

helped me overcome that

27:32

fear of this idea of, oh my

27:34

gosh, it's gonna all come crashing down, was

27:36

that I had to get to the core of

27:38

what was the problem I was

27:40

really solving for people. You

27:43

know, which for me simply put the

27:45

problem that I help people solve is I help them scale

27:47

their businesses and I help them become

27:49

more visible and build

27:52

more

27:52

authority. I help people become

27:54

more known and get paid

27:56

very well for it. That's

27:58

the problem I saw for

28:00

people. Lack of money, lack of

28:03

visibility. So if you

28:04

want that, come and work with

28:07

me. But I had to get to the core

28:09

of that first. And that's something

28:11

for you to also consider

28:14

today. What is that thing

28:16

that you're really solving? Like, the fundamental

28:18

core foundation beneath

28:21

the

28:21

product, the coaching container,

28:24

the mastermind. Because that's

28:26

not the thing. The root of the thing is

28:28

never the thing itself. So I want to

28:30

know, what are you really providing to

28:33

people? And I'm saying this to those

28:35

of you who have also been at your business for

28:37

a while now because maybe

28:39

you think you know

28:40

it, but go back to it.

28:42

Make sure it's

28:45

clear. I do that a

28:47

lot. And so

28:49

as I got clear, It's like,

28:51

oh, I'm solving people's scaling

28:54

problems, and I'm solving people's

28:56

visibility problems so they can attract

28:57

customers, so they can make more money.

28:59

They can't make more money if no one knows who they

29:02

are. So I'm gonna solve that

29:04

for them. And I do it

29:06

in a way that is sophisticated and

29:09

high level it's refined. Now,

29:11

if sophisticated and and, you

29:13

know, refinement, if having a sophisticated coach

29:15

and a refined coach isn't your

29:18

style, then you probably don't wanna work with me. But if it

29:20

is, you're going to get the

29:22

best experience and the results

29:24

imaginable. I know that without a shadow of

29:26

a doubt. So I

29:28

know that what I have to offer will solve

29:30

your problem if you're connected

29:32

to that. And

29:34

then something else as a leader that I had to

29:36

ask myself is, is this problem going away

29:39

anytime soon? You

29:42

know, is every business owner gonna just wake

29:44

up one day and be

29:46

as visible as they ever wanna be and have no

29:48

more issues with that? Probably

29:51

not. So

29:53

there's a demand for it.

29:58

And because of this, it's not

30:00

only what I've been

30:02

trained as a publicist for over a

30:04

decade and what I've been a bill for

30:06

myself, but I also love what I'm doing, what I'm doing. I also

30:08

just I love what I do.

30:11

And what I think makes

30:14

me unique and maybe it also makes you

30:16

unique and it makes you stand out from the

30:18

sea of people out there is that I do

30:20

have the background I have.

30:22

I have a

30:25

credible experience in PR and

30:27

media and branding and not just because

30:29

I've done it my but I've been helping people

30:32

build visibility in authority since two

30:34

thousand and seven. It's what I studied

30:36

in college. Then I lived

30:38

it and breathed it for the last sixteen

30:40

years. That is extremely rare

30:42

in the online space, especially

30:45

since twenty twenty when so many people

30:47

flooded the online space. With

30:49

zero background, zero credibility, zero experience. Now

30:51

it's not to say they can't grow and

30:53

thrive. They can. And

30:56

the ones that aren't the right

30:59

fit, thankfully the universe is starting to weed

31:01

those people out, and we it takes care of

31:03

itself, so we don't have to worry about that.

31:05

But it's about

31:05

you getting really clear on, like,

31:08

what is that thing for you that makes you

31:10

stand out?

31:12

For me, it's everything that I've built from the core

31:14

that makes me who I am, that

31:16

makes me as a coach different.

31:19

And it also feels fresh because I'm always

31:21

innovating and I'm in this myself as

31:23

someone who is also visible in a thought

31:25

leader. I don't just teach it, I

31:28

do it. So it's the

31:30

legitimate expertise with

31:32

the years of my background, with the

31:34

years of refining the skill set, with

31:36

the love for what I do, with the

31:38

utmost care for my clients,

31:40

and that is why I will never go out

31:42

of business unless I

31:44

choose to. So despite

31:47

what changes on the surface, those

31:49

deeper level foundational

31:52

problems you can solve for people.

31:54

What is it? Money, health authority credibility. They will

31:56

never go away. And that's

31:59

something that you need to tap into. There will be

32:01

people that need visibility

32:03

that need solutions to growing their business and brand

32:05

always. And so when I

32:07

looked at my why behind that,

32:11

Because I can say if the business

32:13

starts crashing down, because we always

32:15

have these fears, it's all gonna be taken away

32:17

from us. And that fear of

32:19

something being taken away is very

32:21

strong. It's also a very powerful

32:23

motivator. And so I said,

32:25

well, what is it? Am I

32:27

really afraid of something being taken

32:29

away? If not,

32:31

like, why

32:31

am I doing this?

32:33

I'm doing it because I love to do it and because I love to be

32:35

of service. And so what I got really

32:38

clear on was I'm here to be

32:40

of service. That's

32:42

why I can't stop. I don't even know how

32:44

to stop being of service. I'm

32:46

here to make a difference. And

32:48

that's why I work with clients at a

32:50

high level. So that they receive a high

32:52

proximity to my service, my

32:54

models, my support, my perspectives,

32:56

my methods. To my love, to my

32:58

guidance, but it doesn't only apply to

33:00

my clients. If

33:02

there's one person here on this

33:04

podcast that I have made one

33:06

Iota of a difference for in their

33:08

life, even if they've never worked with me in a paid capacity,

33:11

I win. Because

33:13

I'm being of service through

33:15

that. So I have fulfilled

33:17

what I'm here to do.

33:19

And then I asked

33:22

myself, if anything happened, whether it's the

33:24

economy or the dollar falls? Like,

33:26

could that really be taken away from

33:28

me? Could my commitment to service be

33:30

taken away from me? No, it can't. And

33:34

that that was a habit. I got

33:37

in a habitual mode

33:40

of being that way.

33:43

And that's when I

33:45

realized when I really started to investigate, there's

33:47

nothing at threat. There's

33:49

nothing at stake. There's nothing that could ever

33:51

be taken away. So when

33:53

the changes come and the hard times come

33:55

and the economy shifts and the customer

33:57

demand shifts and social media shifts. Again, it

34:00

doesn't affect me at my core

34:02

because my beliefs have changed and my

34:04

habits have changed and I don't

34:06

operate from a fear

34:08

based place anymore. I

34:10

don't operate from an

34:12

unresolved, unhealed place anymore.

34:15

Because I cleaned up my side

34:17

of the street. And that's

34:20

what I want you to do and you do that by

34:22

starting to change your beliefs and

34:24

your habits. Because it shouldn't affect you

34:26

either. It just means that you can

34:28

choose to look at this

34:30

as a

34:32

problem or you can choose to look at this as an opportunity.

34:34

And I choose opportunity and

34:36

I hope that you guys do as well.

34:39

Now, I am on fire

34:42

today. This is super

34:44

fun. Do you like this today? I'm

34:46

coming

34:47

in hot. But I want to share a

34:49

special message that I just received from a client

34:51

Amy who did coaching with me this

34:53

past year. And she said to me,

34:55

Julie, I'm relieved. I now

34:57

have someone to talk to at this level because

35:00

I really have no one else who gets

35:02

it. You saw something in me that I

35:04

couldn't see in myself and I know now that

35:06

I want to continue to work

35:08

with you because if I'm not in a container where

35:10

I'm continuously now being held

35:12

to this

35:12

vision, to these beliefs, to

35:15

these new abbots to these new evolutions of growth, I'm

35:17

going to lose this. And this is

35:19

too precious to lose. It's about

35:21

having somebody who can say,

35:23

here's something larger and now I'm gonna help you get

35:25

there and I'm gonna hold this belief

35:28

that is a reality

35:30

for you. So how about

35:32

you? I know that you may

35:34

have been listening to the show for a

35:36

while or maybe this is kind of your

35:38

first time getting to know

35:40

me. You may be curious about what

35:42

it's like to work with me

35:44

personally. And if so, I'd like to make

35:46

an invitation If you'd like my

35:48

support and guidance in doing this, I have

35:50

an opportunity to work with me

35:52

in a coaching capacity.

35:54

I specialize in supporting

35:56

leaders who are ready to make a lot more

35:58

money and become a lot more

36:00

known. Visibility in

36:02

revenue growth. It's a beautiful recipe for freedom and

36:04

success, and I feel so honored to be a

36:06

conduit for that. So I have

36:08

my Visibility Mastermind that

36:10

is perfect for you

36:12

if you are looking to step into a global

36:14

level of visibility and

36:16

leadership. If you feel like you're being

36:18

called to that what's next level of

36:20

expansion and impact for yourself

36:22

if you're ready for that next level of money as

36:24

well. Now there's two levels to

36:26

this mastermind based on your needs and

36:29

36:30

36:32

just curious, if you are

36:34

at that level, if you are ready,

36:38

to say I am I'm committed to

36:40

raising my currency of commitment towards

36:42

growth, then I encourage you to apply.

36:45

36:47

not for people who have no

36:50

business yet or who are just

36:52

starting out. If you

36:54

are just starting out or if you don't have a business

36:56
