The Insidious Agenda Podcast
Chapter 39 - Le baiser de la Mort - Gilles de Rais
https://linktr.ee/insidiousagendapodcast
Hey!
Welcome back for the newest chapter of the Podcast. This week, I take you back into history to the 1400's and the time of history's believed first serial killer, Gilles de Rais.
The story is that of a French nobleman who rose to prominence fighting alongside fabeled heroine Joan of Arc. How Gilles de Rais went from having an unparalleled reputation to being the convicted murderer of over 100 children across the span of 10 years is all answered within.
But the story is not without controversy and even into modern day, some even believe he is innocent and fight for that innocence. As to why, i'll let you discover that for yourself.
I mention of a break in the episode for those who don't want the gory/sadistic details of why Gilles de Rais is who he is.
Break: 22:15
Return: 27:39
For those who don't skip, you'll hear the details that pertain to sexual acts with children and violent, gruesome murder. Those details that made Gilles de Rais the first serial killer in History.
That's all I have for this week, I hope you enjoy listening!
Stay spooky,
Nick
