Here's your personal manifesting guide! I guide you through a three step process of manifesting how you want to feel when you wake up in the morning. 

I find this process to be so much more powerful than traditional goal setting (even after years of practicing and teaching goal setting) because this particular process focuses on how you want to feel no matter what is going on around you -a very powerful tool indeed given the potential feelings of collective fear and chaos around us. 

Through this three step process, we also answer:

  • Why the world needs you to follow your dreams.


  • How to focus on what we can control vs. what we can't control.


  • How to manifest feeling peaceful in our home, even when we feel chaos around us in our home and in our world.


  • How to create Affirmations, Visualizations and tapping into the key ingredient of FEELING. 


  • How to bake a chocolate cake. Just kidding. We do use the delicious metaphor of baking a cake. :)
