In this podcast I sit down with business owner Ian Mcbain. Ian moved from Scotland to Essex to join the fire service and after many years of paying into his pension he thought he would take the leap and create his own success.

I started my property journey when I was 18 with my first buy to let and as the years go on am slowly working with less residential property and more commercial property. However, I'm seeing more and more people talk about different HMO, Rent to rent and Serviced Accommodation methods that I'm am increasingly more interested. Ian Mcbain posted a few of this deals in our Facebook group and I wanted to know more so I got him down to our offices and onto the podcast.
