The other day, I had a great conversation with friend, fellow poet, and artist, Arielle Estoria, and we talked about what we're feeling right now, and the many different things that are coming up for us in this season of uncertainty. For me, this conversation was a reminder that amidst all that does not make sense, we are free to pace ourselves in this. We are free to create and we are also free to take the time our hearts need to process things. As I reflected on our conversation, I was invited to go deeper, and really sit with the questions and thoughts that arose from the things we shared.
