It ends up with a complete loss of power. Not instantly of course but it builds over time.

If it was instant it would be easy to notice and deal with.

When it happens slowly it is hard to pin point the problem.

The loss of focus and energy seeps into all areas. You get snappy and frustrated - even resentful - but it is rarely directed at what or who the real issue is. Life gets hard.

The total opposite is when you are clear about your values and utilise your skills, strengths and passions. These are your SUPER POWERS.

Your super powers help you take control and find your flow. If you look back on your life you will notice times when this was the case.

It wasnt luck or a mystical long lost time.

It was when you were being true to yourself.
