It seems like the main concept that is becoming more and more prevalent among food and diet trends is “clean eating,” but is that an idea worth following or not?
Clean eating sounds good in theory, but it isn’t always the most practical or cost-effective approach. By the end of episode 69, you’ll know the truth about eating processed foods and how to overcome the anxiety of eating pre-packaged foods.
In today’s episode, I’m diving into the topic of clean eating, giving you my thoughts on the debate, the pros and cons, and the reality that can be easy to miss. I’ll discuss breaking free from the chains of black-and-white mindsets and fear of foods that aren’t “clean.” You’ll hear my opinion, as a Registered Dietitian, on the practice of avoiding all processed foods. And, I’ll give you some practical ways to eat a balanced and healthful diet without cutting out entire categories of foods.
