Psalm 34:18 New Living Translation

Is your heart hurting? Take comfort, dear one. God sees and knows your soul's pain. When life is hard and messy, God is near. He stays close. He never leaves or forsakes you. He is right there ready to rescue and restore you, ready to help you release the heaviness and heal.

Friend, if your heart is broken or you feel crushed on the inside, say this prayer:

Dear God,

Thank you that you are near. Thank you that I don't have to hide my brokenness from you. You alone can be trusted with the most intimate knowledge of me. Thank you that I don't have to carry my pain alone. I gladly release my soul pain to you.  I rejoice that you are near in this season and that you will see me through the path of healing.
