As women living in a male constructed world, we tend to experience burnout more often and more heavily than men. Christelle believes that this is because we are not aligned with our true nature, values and what we want out of life. Christelle works with women to help them reflect on what those core values in order to align themselves generate something new and powerful! She is a firm believer in going after what you want, even if other people think you're nuts. That's why she says, go ahead and allow yourself to be the crazy person in the room! As long you're going after what you want, it doesn't matter what other people think.
