It's time to talk about birth control and STIs.

There are so many misconceptions out there, but we've got the inside scoop from women's health expert, and founder of the Between Tuplips social media community, Emily McNeal, WHNP.

Condoms, pills, IUDs, spermicides, diaphragms, lubrication, dental dams, initiating conversations with partners, getting tested, and slapping the stigma off of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). She's dishing out the latest information that women need to know—and answering the questions that some are too afraid to ask.

Emily McNeal, WHNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a specialty in women's health. She obtained her BSN from Belmont University, MS from Georgetown University. In addition to her work as a WHNP, Emily is the curator of Between Tulips (@betweentulips). This fun, educational-only social media community provides its members the scoop on everything they want to know about women's intimate care.
