We met in early 2016 and clicked pretty fast after we learned that we liked a lot of the same bands. Kristin currently works at ByteDance, which is the parent company of TikTok and in this conversation, we talked about how she ended up working at KROQ, lessons she has learned throughout her career, how family influenced her music taste, 311, grad school, and a whole lot more.
