Hello, I am Nathan Woods and together with Shane Perrin, we are the hosts of the Keep Standing Podcast. A weekly show of inspiration from stories and interviews of people doing unique and crazy things on and off the water.

We met through our love for Stand Up Paddle Boarding and quickly found a shared philosophy that we are all in charge of our attitudes and that it is not the circumstances of life that define us, but instead how we respond to them.

Each week we will bring you stories of awe inspiring adventurers, paddlers and athletes that are pushing the limits of what their body can do and what the world tells them they can do. Our hope is that stories you hear, the people you meet will inspire you to live a beautiful and adventure filled story.
