As most of you know, 3 out of 4 women and nearly as many men have been sexually abused at some point in their lifetime, usually in childhood. For many, this abuse makes it difficult for them to ever fully open to another person and experience deep and lasting love. And it is usually even more difficult to experience the fullness of sexual pleasure.

My guest today, Lynnet McKenzie is an exception to that rule. Lynnet learned to not only survive but to thrive after severe sexual abuse. It is now her passion to help other women enjoy the fullness of deep, lasting love and sexual pleasure.

Before awakening to the ecstatic life and relationship she currently enjoys, Lynnettraveled far and deep on the road of suffering. Her experience with sexual and emotional abuse, multiple heart breaks, illness, depression, anxiety, and over whelming obstacles carved a deep space of compassion for the wounds and suffering of others.
After being through the trenches and coming out the other side, Lynnet knows how to guide others from painful darkness to the light of love.

Lynnet graduated Valedictorian from Southwester Community College and Summa C** Laude from the University of Oregon. She studied Process-Oriented Psychology at the Process Work Institute in Portland, Oregon, became a Body Story Expert at the Missing Thread Mystery School in San Francisco, and is a certified teacher of the Art of Feminine Presence.

Lynnet lives on the beautiful Oregon coast with her amazing soul-mate who makes every day a dream of love, her challenging and inspiring 12 year old son, and their sweet lab-mix, Angel.

In her private practice, she helps women (and a few amazing men) breakthrough to love and live their life opening to ecstasy.

She spends most of her free time enjoying her family and living love to the fullest!
