In our first episode of 2021 we chat to Steve Griffin. Steve is weeks away from his 30th birthday and has a very inspirational story to tell. At the age of 20 he was diagnosed with testicular cancer, he then went on to join the Gardaí (Irish Police) and started to pile on the pounds due to lifestyle and a bad relationship with food and almost reached 25 stone... After a family holiday Steve and seeing a particular photograph, Steve decided enough was enough and started to sort out his bad relationship with food.
