Everyone in their life had or has a battle going on with their identity, self-worth, insecurities, or body.  Jenn Mecham is a single mother to 3 kids (2 boys and 1 girl) and against all the odds launched a company, unlike anything I have seen.  Jenn has taken her love of Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting, Rucking, Hiking Trails, and building deep and meaningful relationships through community and launched a company.  Her new endeavor, Unbounding Training, wraps all of her passions into a very inspiring way for you to get back in shape both physically and mentally.   She's done it all and above all else is a fantastic listener and human being.  So please, stand down, relax and listen to this goddess break down her road into the Unbound!
