JD Shapiro, writer, comedian, satirist and my fav imaginary friend, wrote one of the funniest movies ever made – in my opinion, and he also technically wrote one of the worst moves ever made in the opinion of a number of online polls. His experiences in Hollywood could fill an entire season of Laugh factory Nerdworld.From mixing sound for his movie at Skywalker Ranch to the years as Spike Lee’s protégé. We were trying to squeeze it all into one episode as well as talking about the other side of the glitz and glammer…but an hour in we decided this will be the glitzy episode and in two weeks we will share with you the dark side of JD’s moon…that doesn’t sound quite right…Bottom line – get ready for some quality Hollywood stories – all coming from one of the kindest, funniest and wisest imaginary friends a girl could ever hope for!
