Cookbook author and vegan blogger, Bianca Phillips shares tips and recipe ideas from her book “Cookin' Crunk: Eatin' Vegan in the Dirty South.” Bianca went vegan at the age of 24, but she gave up meat and became a vegetarian at age 14, so she's been meat-free for the majority of her life. When she's not developing recipes or eating tasty vegan meals, she works as the newsletter editor at the Memphis non-profit digital newspaper, “The Daily Memphian.” Bianca practices yoga daily and she's an avid runner who has run multiple marathons and 50K races.
