Casey is a former military leader with a passion for human behaviours and people development. Her portfolio of military roles includes training soldiers, teaching mental resilience, workplace mediation and assessing candidates at the Army Officer Selection Board. She is now a professional career and leadership coach with a PG Diploma in positive psychology and coaching psychology. Casey works with individuals to improve their leadership and career confidence. Her mantra is that everything starts with the relationship you have with Self. She also delivers organisational leadership training and conflict resolution strategies.

Casey leads a community for female service leavers as they navigate their personal change journey. She is passionate about helping people find their direction and purpose, having experienced the challenges of leaving the armed forces herself. An energetic and optimistic people person, Casey loves to spend her time walking her dog and playing netball in her local league.
