It seems that the world is unhinged. Half of the country seems to be living in a parallel universe (and they think the same thing about your half). It is easy to disagree, and it feels like it is becoming easier to be disagreeable. How do you disagree respectfully?  How do you disagree productively? How do you disagree politely? How do you disagree without being disagreeable? How do you seek common ground?

 

In this episode I will discuss all of that. Much of it is mindset and the actions that flow from your mindset. I will draw heavily on an absolutely fantastic article from Psychology Today by Melody Stanford Martin:
