“Freedom comes from structure.” –Jed Barker

It may sound counterintuitive, but in order to find freedom, you have to first have structure. At Best Life, we don’t live to work, we work to live, and today’s episode is dedicated to giving you tips that will help you create structure in your business so that you can live the life you deserve!

To start off, we explain why you should work less. We know from experience that being available to your clients 24/7 may be a path to success in business (although we argue that it’s more likely to cause burnout than anything else), but it’s certainly not a path to success in life. Our discussion then shifts to the importance of a Magic Morning Routine (and what our morning rituals look like) and incorporating an Hour of Power into your day (if you don’t know what this is, you need this episode more than you think!). We end the show by sharing the OQP rule with you, as well as the many reasons why you should be embracing systems automation delegation.

If your goal is to reach a point of emotional and financial freedom (and let’s be honest, why wouldn’t it be?), this episode will help you on your way, so be sure not to miss it!

“You want to think of structure as a habit. Once you own it, it owns you.” –Doren Aldana
