Our mindset determines everything in our life. The thoughts we think, lead to feelings about those thoughts, lead to actions we take which create results that we then walk around in and call our reality. In order to have conscious control over the reality that we create and call home, we have to understand how to become the master of our mind. How to consciously choose the thoughts we think, the feelings we feel and the actions we take. In this episode we talk about 3 very simple and highly powerful ways to master your mind. They involve becoming conscious of the thoughts we think, and also consciously expressing the feeling that we feel. Whatever we feel we will express in our lives, and we can either choose to do that consciously or unconsciously, constructively or destructively. So in this process you’ll learn three very simple steps that have had immensely powerful results in my life and in the lives of many of my clients, in understanding how to master your mind and consciously create what you want.
