Our purpose is to empower women creating ripple effects of growth, change and development. About our guest Emilia Piera:
Emilia is a coach and coaching supervisor with extensive experience of coaching and leadership development in public and non-for-profit organisations. Her interests are in leadership psychology, resilience, and social capital.
Emilia is a doctoral candidate researching shared leadership in crisis. She works as a management lecturer in two universities in the UK, and is a chairwoman of a charitable organisation.
