Episode 19: Thanks to Covid-19, longtime Cleburne resident Jay Lewis was forced to battle for his life. He won that battle - thanks to a lot of prayer and a community-wide initiative spearheaded by his wife. While he was in the hospital for 13 days, Jay received an antibody treatment that helped him turn the corner. It was a blood drive coordinated by his wife and Carter Blood Care that helped identify blood with the Covid-19 antibodies. With a new lease on life, Jay Lewis is challenging people to give blood and see if they can help save someone else's life.
