It’s been a very trying few weeks with sleep deprivation and mental health challenges. We’re also away in the West Country so I couldn’t put a show together. I have had this a few times lately so I’m very sorry. I should be back to fighting fitness and regular shows soon! Thanks and keep on rockin’
