This week's special guest is Stephen O'Leary.

Stephen is the Founder and Manging Director of Olytico, a Dublin based business that listens to the internet on behalf of some of the biggest brands and organisations in the world. This listening and analysis turns big data into actionable insights for organisations to make better decisions and design communications that deliver maximum impact.

Stephen spoke to me about this career path and trajectory, the challenges he has experienced along the way, the impact of coaching on both himself and his business and how he tries to set himself up for success so that he can in turn set others up for their own success.

On top of all this Stephen also spoke to me about his role as President of the Dublin Chamber Commerce for 2023, the issues he is hoping he can have a positive influence on in this role as well as his thoughts on the online and social media landscape right now.

A great talk with an entrepreneur who has his sights set firmly on big things.
