Mary Grace Gardner achieved valedictorian of her class in high school and rose quickly in her career from there, becoming a hospital chief of staff, a director of operations, a chief of staff for a surgical robotics company, and the chief operating officer for a startup focused on human centered reliability.  Mary Grace has planted many seeds throughout her life that have grown into beautiful opportunities and achievements, but the secret ingredient to all that she does has to do with her commitment to considering herself a lifelong learner and circling back always to the growth mindset.
