In this first interview episode, Justin is joined by former Spartanburg County Clerk of Court Hope Blackley and Taylor Fowlks, Program Manager for the Institute for Youth Justice, to discuss the Institute for Youth Justice that was started by Hope while she served as clerk of court in 2017.
