In this very interesting and practical interview with Chilean Acupuncturist & Remedial Massage Therapist, Pamela Epul, currently based in Sydney, we talk about the uniqueness of our being and how that is reflected in the type of treatments and medicine each one of us needs in order to maintain our health and prevent disease. Pamela also explains a bit about the concepts of health and illness from a Chinese medicine point of view and talks about the importance of self-responsibility when it comes to taking care of our health.

However, the most empowering part of today’s interview are the DIY exercises for managing pain, stress and fatigue that Pamela generously shares with us. These exercises are an amazing tool that can be used wherever you are, whenever you need them.
