As the fall season approaches here in Canada, there has been enough great weather to inspire one last summer mix. Be Where Your Feet Are is a phrase that has taken on more and more meaning to me over the summer months. If you are thinking about the past or the future, you are not present in the moment. This mix was designed as an uplifting backdrop for those moments when you are in the moment, keeping the past and future out of focus.

As this podcast explores different musical styles, it's almost comforting to periodically return to the sound that you can relate to the most. This mix is what The Love & The Music is all about. Funky, lyrical, upbeat house music.
