Richard III has been portrayed as one of histories most infamous villains. Usurping the throne for himself in 1483 he was one of the main suspects in the disappearance of his nephews known as the princes in the tower.
In 2012 the University of Leicester and The Richard the III society undertook one of the most ambitious archaeological projects ever attempted. We discuss Richards life story and the discovery of his remains in a carpark in Leicester.
