In this week’s edition of Motor City Uncut, with the Pistons and Red Wings out of the playoffs this season once again, Dorf, Adam and Shawn take a look at each franchise post mortem specifically their situations at general manager. What does the future have in store for Ken Holland and Stan Van Gundy? Will Holland live out his two year extension with the Red Wings or is he a bridge to the team’s next general manager? As far Stan Van Gundy, will survive the offseason as head coach and team president of the Pistons? Also which team is in a better position for long-term success?
Also this week, April in the D is pretty depressing if you didn’t already notice. Dorf justifies moving Daniel Norris to the bullpen, at least for the time being and early season baseball in the north really sucks. Is there a viable solution to get past all the postponements?
