When times get tough, we are constantly bombarded with negative news.It causes us to experience all of the feelings listed above... ??? ??? ?????? ????... ?? ??? ????!???? ??? ?? ?????:1. Decide what FEELING you want? (if you are feeling stressed, you may want to feel calm). 2. Decide what you need to FOCUS on to feel that way. (Focus on things that make you feel calm). 3. Establish triggers/reminders to focus on the specific thing. (The news is a great trigger to make you feel negative emotions). We all have the power to choose our experience of everyday events.
