The current state of events, throws another distraction to steal your focus.

𝘙𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨:

- 𝗨𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘆
- 𝗟𝗼𝘄 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗺

I want you to know this is a normal response in times of adversity. When times get tough, we are constantly bombarded with negative news.

It causes us to experience all of the feelings listed above... 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦... 𝗜𝗙 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗧!

𝙷𝚎𝚛𝚎 𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚖𝚢 𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚙𝚜:
1. Decide what FEELING you want? (if you are feeling stressed, you may want to feel calm). 2. Decide what you need to FOCUS on to feel that way. (Focus on things that make you feel calm). 3. Establish triggers/reminders to focus on the specific thing. (The news is a great trigger to make you feel negative emotions). We all have the power to choose our experience of everyday events. I just takes practice.. like most things in life.
